Analyst, Procurement Tech

Role overview

Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and enables innovation and long-term growth. As an Analyst in the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you build positive working relationships with teams and clients while supporting procurement technology projects.

What you'll do

• Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations.
• Assist in Ivalua platform configuration based on business requirements.
• Work with senior consultants and project managers to support end-to-end project activities.
• Use SQL for data validation, extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Participate in data migration activities and interface testing.
• Document functional specifications, test cases and user manuals.
• Track project deliverables and status updates, and support issue resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across technology, procurement and IT.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and suggest workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Good understanding of SQL and basic database concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn technology platforms and enterprise tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to procurement, supply chain or enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries or data analysis projects.
• Familiarity with testing, documentation or UAT.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills.
